Chelmsford. Little Swift. Win Cover Bet @ 3.0 (2 places) BET 365

Little Swift is totally exposed but consistent. Normally look at the newcomers, but most are weak with the exception of the fav, but this entry is a concern as his brother was a Group performer and you would expect a turf maiden.

Wimpole hall looks the obvious one with form but last run was a backward step.

Backed it in the cover bet market with stake returned if 2nd.
 
Chelmsford. Spring Loaded Win @ 5/4

Not only is it a short priced fav, but a 3yo carrying top weight in an open h/cap.

He has been entered in the sales on few occasions but has no future entries coming up, which I view as a positive. carries a 6lb penalty but actually 3lb better off and that incease compares favourably with the winner of the 2nd division last week. The winner was raised 5lb, which looked a stronger race on paper, had more early pace horses but was run in a slower time than Spring Loaded.

Only had two runs in last 6 months and looks to be progressive. Stall 2 ideal as he has early pace, although he may have to make all.
Only slight concern would be running on this track as opposed to Kempton, but this looks pretty mediocre for a 5k race.

Kingscroft would be the one if going with a double fig runner but has been raised for winning a claimer and Top Boy seems to fail in any grade, but the drift from 12/1 to 25/1 makes him interesting from a cover bet or place only bet.

Spring Loaded is the bet for me.
