8.35 Newcastle - BAILEY'S MIRAGE and CHILDESPLAY - BM has 4 wins and a couple of 2nds from last six starts and whilst this race has more strength in depth, he is certainly in good enough form to make an impact. Childesplay is down to a decent mark, has form and tapete and recent Newmarket 2nd was a fair effort.

8.55 Tipperary - Going with 3 in the Bumper -

WINSOR VIXEN ( 2nd on debut, but beaten a fair way and this is stronger. Bred to better though and that run at least confirms the ability is there )
DUHALLOW GESTURE ( Half sister to 3 Bumper winners and always happy backing one of King's Theatre's in this sphere, especially when they are available at 50's.
MALPENSA ( Her first start came in a hurdle race and was mistake ridden. Bred to do much better however and could be more at home with no obstacles. Happy taking the chance at 100's )

Win for Bailey's Mirage up at Newcastle, but sadly no forecast. The Irish Bumpers continue to take the proverbial out of me, with MALPENSA flying home for 4th and DUHALLOW GESTURTE finishing 5th, having looked very dangerous rounding the turn and then not getting the best of runs.
