11.10 Vaal - SEEKING GOLD - Fair h'cap debut in a rough race and still should have plenty of improvement. Was expecting 3's, so no choice really for me at 11/2.

11.40 Vaal - CATHEDRE and ARTE - Both have a bit to do at the weights, but both are nicely bred and are capable of better than they have shown. Small EW's at 40's and 100's respectively.

12.10 Vaal - SEPTEMBER BLOOM - Single figure price on all starts to date and finally managed a good maiden win this trip. Faces better today, but stable in top form and EW interest at 12's.

12.45 Vaal - GOLDEN MAN - Holding form nicely and has an excellent this c & d.

2.00 Vaal - PIED PIPERESS - Well drawn, likes it here and way below peak mark. Every chance on best form and therefore happy risking the 20's.

2.40 Vaal - MINNESOTA - Moderate last couple, but down to last winning mark and has won this c & d. Bit to find, but still worth a small EW at 40's.

2.45 Thurles - DAVIDS CHARM and ANTONIO JOLI - Typical Maiden Hurdle, with plenty of dross. DC at 25's and AJ at 66's, have both displayed ability in one of their 2 runs and so not sure they cna fit into that category.

3.55 Huntingdon - LERICHI BELLE - Dam was not up to much, but always happy backing one of King's Theatre's in a Bumper and the stable has a 12% strike rate with newcomers in this sphere, so very happy backing at 40's
