Horse Racing Bets Tuesday 24th October

12.10 Vaal - KILOWATT KID - Sneaks in as a reserve and has hinted at ability in 3 starts to date. Slow away on first 2 starts and then last time nailed the start, but ended up fading. Drops 300m in trip today and hopefully can put a complete race together. Obviously questions to ask, but really don't think the early 100's is right and would expect him top open much shorter.

12.45 Vaal - POLAR SECRET - Fair last time over a mile despite racing wide under a big weight. Will have no issue with this step-up in class and this time will be getting weight form the majority of her rivals. Solid EW chance at 10's.

1.20 Vaal - ONE DOLLAR MASSAGE - Backed this one last time and showed just enough for me to go in again. Pretty exposed, so may be more one for the place market, but even a win would not be the greatest shock at 50's.

3.50 Vaal - ALPINE GLACIER - Shade inconsistent, but capable on a going day and has now edged down to 72. Should be thereabouts at 5's.

4.25 Vaal - HEYWOT - Not won in a while, but continues to drop in ratings as a result and seldom beaten far. Good young jockey takes over the reins and might just try to make all from his middle draw. Interesting contender at 14's.

1.55 Vaal - 3 EW 's and FC / TC with these -

SABRE DANCER ( Poor 2 ago when FAV, but back to from last time. Small step up in trip looks fine and should be staying on nicely at 8's )
WOODLAND SAGE ( Makes stable debut from below his last winning mark and chance if fully firing at 25's )
AQUABUOY ( One of my favourite horses in training and not worried about his recent form as can bounce back at any moment. Handicapper has relented quickly and should be making his mark off 52. Definite upset potential at 50's

Couple of fair places left me needing a good run in the last and managed to procure a win from HEYWOT at a drifting 18's under a well judged ride by Calvin Habib who did indeed make all.
