11.10 Vaal - Starting off with 3 in the opening Workriders maiden. Unless the " rag " wins could really do with the forecast to procure a decent profit -

BLING BALL ( Thereabouts in recent outings and will be fit on 3rd run back off a break. Capable of a big finish this company and whilst he has just over one length to find on the long-time maiden SEVEN SOVEREIGNS, that one will need luck in running as is a perennial slow starter )
SPRING SHOT ( Nicely bred, good workrider booked and represents a top stable at 8's )
PIUS OIL ( 100/1 looks a bit over priced to me as has at least hinted at ability in 3 starts to date )

11.45 Vaal - FLYING FALCON - Definitely exposed and vulnerable this company, but does set a fair standard and Pierre Styrdom re- takes the ride, so still plenty of appeal at 16's.

2.15 Vaal - ESPLORATORE - Stable 2nd string, but been crying out for further and goes up 2f today. Won on debut, so has ability and remains lightly raced, so happy taking the chance at 25's.

2.50 Vaal - STREET FLYER - Not won in a while, but on a nice mark as a result and did show signs of life last time. Should be thereabouts at 6's

3.25 Vaal - SPICE QUEEN - Officially held at the weights, but of interest as the only confirmed front - runner in the field. May be able to control matters at 6's.
