Starting off over in South Africa with a bit of an unbalanced book -

11.55 Greyville - CHECKTHEGREENLIGHT - Middle effort of 3 maidens not bad. but not great either side of it. Best run was here however, blinkers added and confident young jockey aboard. Early 80's way too big.
 
11.55 - Adding STARSKY at 66's as could be expected to improve with top jockey Muzi Yeni up.
 
12.30 Greyville - ELUSIVE ILLUSION and ICED UP - Moderate debut from EI this trip when very green, could offer improvement on 2nd start / poly debut and EW shout at 33's. IU was again green on debut, but was not disgraced. Opened 10's and now into 7's.
 
FILM STAR a strong tote Favouite in the 12.30, but still available at 14's. Very interesting development
 
2.25 Lingfield - ANGIE'S GIRL - Needs t settle better, but has the ability to win at this level.

5.15 Lingfield - NEW ABBEY ANGEL - Lightly raced 3yo, who ran nicely twice in a row, before disappointing last time. Still looks a leading player at 5's.

5.35 Uttoxeter - WIZARD'S SLIABH - Nicely bred sort in this newcomers Bumper.

9.00 Killarney - CHARLESTOWN BOY - Best run from 3 was on debut last year ( form of the race excellent ) and whilst looked to need further, could still get involved at 33's.
