Live action on ATTHERACES begins at Lunchtime with action from both Hong Kong and South Africa. Not gone with anything in the SA opener, but covered the majority of the remainder of the card -

12.30 Durbanville - Looking to oppose the fancied runners with these 3 -

TWO BROTHERS ( Bit to find at the weights, but blinkers on and often thereabouts at 16's )
MAGNIFICENT SEVEN ( Much better latest and the extra furlong should aid at 25's )
BANSTEAD MANOR ( Improved for his debut, despite being slowly away and can improve again at 25's )
 
1.05 Durbanville - Again going with 3 -

AQUILINA ( Slow start to her career, but much improved last 3 and extra 100m today a big plus at 8's )
OAKDENE ( First signs of life last time out and big chance if confirming that ability at 8's )
ZANADU ( Slow starts becoming an issue, but a top jockey up for the first time and definitely has ability at 12's )
 
1.40 Durbanville - DRIVE ME CRAZY - Bit better last time and possible improver for the trip at 33's.

2.20 Durbanville - BUSHY PARK - Latest run was below decent earlier form and hoping he can bounce back at 14's

2.55 Durbanville - PERCIVAL - Unbeaten in 2 starts this track and at best this trip. Back off a break, but has gone well fresh in the past and is back down to a winning mark. Fair EW shout at 12's

3.30 Durbanville - FRESNAYE - Still green when winning on 2nd start and opening mark looks fair. Short at 4's, but should be on the premises.
 
12.15 Happy Valley - JUNGLE KING and I'M THE ONE FOR U - JK was placed in three trials before making quite promising debut over 5f at Sha Tin. Draw could have been kinder today, but still a possible improver at 16's. ITOFU is feasibly weighted for today's seasonal / stable debut but there is a suspicion he is better on dirt. Question marks over many of these however, so again happy at 16's.
 
12.45 Happy Valley - ROCKET LET WIN - Probably worse 50/1 shots out there.
 
6.40 Kempton - JETPAC - Nicely bred newcomer and for me the most likely of the " rags " at 100's.
 
7.10 Kempton - IT'S NOT UNUSUAL - Short on both starts to date, so presumably though capable of better at 8's

7.40 Kempton - RIVERS OF ASIA - Previous effort here when it was riding slow would give him a chance. Back off a break, so risky, but happy going in at 25's

8.10 Kempton - REGICIDE - Began the year in good form but below best last twice. Chance at 12's if back to best.

8.40 Kempton - AL HAMDANY - Latest close sixth over C&D on second start since being gelded was more like it and that was his 3rd piece of good from when the surface is riding slow. Shade over - priced maybe at 8's
