No live domestic action on ATTHERACES this afternoon, so 6 from Happy Valley and 5 from the Greyville Polytrack. Live coverage begins at 12pm, but a couple of the Greyville races go off prior to that -

11.15 Greyville - Going with 3 in the opener, 2 of which are at EW prices -

ALLY WHOOPEE ( Speedy sort and the drop in trip should assist at 8's )
COUNTESS CHESTNUT (Lightly raced, much better latest, and in-form Warren Kennedy retains the ride. Interesting at 25's )
MIZIARA ( Nicely bred debutante at 33's )

11.50 Greyville - OLIGARCH - Quietly fancied on his ( shocking ) debut on soft, but Bernard Fayd'Herbe retains the ride and the well-bred sort can improve at 20's

12.25 Greyville - PHILOSOPHER - Good latest effort, drawn in pole, can be a bit heady, but huge chance at 9's if ridden with a touch of restraint.

2.45 Greyville - ETERNAL ICE - Not overly punished by the h'capper for his consistency and probably worth another try over the trip. Yards only runner on the card and real EW chance at 12's

3.25 Greyville - JE SUIS SILVER - Two impressive wins last 2 and another who is the trainer's only runner today. H'capper not massively penal and every chance of a hat - trick at 11/2. CHAMBER MAID has switched between 2 top yards and should be capable of more at 16's.

Racing delayed at Greyville by 1h 45m. Apologies for the lack of detail with the remainder of the selections, but not time efficient to give such detail, when the meeting may be abandoned -

1.00 Greyville - Gone with 3 in this Maiden Plate -

BOTTLENOSE at 10's
FIRST ANTHEM at 14's
LATERS BABY at 12's

1.35 Greyville - Combination FC / TC with these -

LOBELIA at 25's
WONDER WORKER at 10's
LIBERAL SALLY at 28's

2.10 Greyville - Again combination FC / TC -

IDEAL DUEL at 13/2
IDEAL WINTER at 8's
ZILLA at 28's

Apologies, should have been Sha - Tin, rather than Happy Valley. With reference to that, going with a couple in the opener -

12.15 Sha -Tin - SMART UNION and PROUD SKY - Going with these EW shots at 20's and 50's respectively.

2.10 Greyville - Again combination FC / TC -

IDEAL DUEL at 13/2
IDEAL WINTER at 8's
ZILLA at 28's

£203 Forecast Procured, but Ideal Duel very disappointing for the tricast

1st 9. IDEAL WINTER (SAF) 7/1 Warren Kennedy

2nd 10. ZILLA (SAF) (15) 28/1 Ashton Arries

3rd 2 SILVER WILLOW (SAF) 3/1 A Delpech

10th 6 IDEAL DUEL (SAF) 9/1 MJ Byeveld

CSF 203.90 (9, 10)
Tricast 727.80 (9, 10, 2)

7.10 Ayr - RAWOODI - Ex Hugo Palmer and gelded since last run. Interesting at 22's on debut for the Perrett yard.

7.20 Kempton - SHOW OF FORCE - Trainer pops up occasionally with a decent priced 2yo winner and this one looks nicely bred at 18's.

7.50 Kempton - TAFAAKHOR - Solid sort at 10's, though may need others to under - perform for the win.

8.00 Punchestown - TEN THEATRE - Going the right way as of late and looks a fair EW price at 14's.

7.30 Punchestown - Ended up with 4 in this Maiden Hurdle -

CINEMA DE QUARTIER at 12's
LAST ONE OUT at 66's
WILKIE COLLINS at 80's
KATBART at 100's

£203 Forecast Procured, but Ideal Duel very disappointing for the tricast

1st 9. IDEAL WINTER (SAF) 7/1 Warren Kennedy

2nd 10. ZILLA (SAF) (15) 28/1 Ashton Arries

3rd 2 SILVER WILLOW (SAF) 3/1 A Delpech

10th 6 IDEAL DUEL (SAF) 9/1 MJ Byeveld

CSF 203.90 (9, 10)
Tricast 727.80 (9, 10, 2)

Nice one Samoan!

How did you get on, later on? I've not had time for a bet lately and have missed a few days results.

TEN THEATRE, opened 10's was backed into 8's and came a fair 3rd. CINEMA DE QUARTIER drifted to 16's and finished a pleasing 2nd, splitting the joint FAV's. Would not give up on RAWOODI or SHOW OF FORCE, but TAFAAKHOR, needs a drop in the ratings.

Of the other Greyville runner PHILOSOPHER won nicely and OLIGARCH was a nicely priced place. LATER'S BABY should have won his race, but just would not go by the winner.
