I've gone for Northampton (2/1, general) at Dagenham. Daggers have yet to win this season. Northampton on paper have the better side but have started slowerr than I'd expected. Team news is neutral. Not a likely winner, but I had Northanpton at a percent or two shorter, so think there's value here.

Jamie Cureton came off injured on Saturday, but has five goals already this season is on form. I reckon Bet365's 8/5 on him to score against offers a bit of value if he's fit. Wycombe have conceded at least one in every game and Cureton seems to offer Exeter's main strike threat. I'm out Tuesday evening so won't see teams and won't be in a position to put my money where my mouth is.

Northampton :)
Cureton :) (Even though I couldn't take him)
Aldershot :) (Because we won)

Had a speculative unit on winger Jaques Maghona to score for Burton v York at the general 5/1. Although his career stats are only about one in ten, word is that he's found his feet under his new boss this season. He already has four goals this season and 5/1 just seems a little long for a player who is on form and in a team who are scoring freely at home. York don't have the worst defence in the league, but I can see this being an open game.

 ...perhaps a little too speculative. On to the weekend.
