Only 3 games but there's a price i'm chancing.

TC will know much more about Guy Branston than me (he any good TC), but i do know he was pretty fired up last week to score against a former club of his, a decent result for Bristol Rovers that, 3-3 at home to Bradford and here seems to be a bit of fighting talk from both Branston, manager McGhee and the chairman the past couple of weeks.

I thought the price might be value and that was further strengthened after reading this from the BBC...

Saturday's meeting is a rearranged match after the original game, held on 25 August, was controversially abandoned with Rovers leading 3-1.

The game was suspended because of heavy rain, and it was eventually called off on 66 minutes after lightning hit the Dreams Stand at Adams Park.

Rovers questioned the decision and lodged an official complaint to the Football League but their appeal was unsuccessful.

Bristol Rovers manager Mark McGhee told BBC Radio Bristol:

"It's three points we feel like we should have had but we are going to have to earn them again.

"We're probably in better shape going into the game on Saturday and we're ready for it.

"We have players coming back so hopefully we are moving out of the injury wilderness.

"We're optimistic we'll have a strong squad available and we can do a good job."

There's only 1pt between the two teams and with a price of 11/5 (bet365) and all things considered i've put them in a small trixie.

Never seen Branston play Punter (for us anyway - I missed his one home appearance, and can't particularly remember him for his previous clubs). The consensus though is that he's lost his pace now, and that his 'commitment' is no longer enough and Rovers must be desparate to take on someone who can't get into Aldershot's team.

I was thinking of going with Wycombe on the back of two good wins and their injury crisis easing, but you've made me want to look at it again before deciding.:thumb

Cheers TC. I was going to have an extra tenner on a single but i'll keep it just to my small trixie bet now :thumb

Given Rovers' dodgey defence, I've gone for Matt McClure anytime scorer at 2/1 (Bet365, 2 units). He's got five this season, including four in his last tweo games.
