Merry Christmas everyone :dance

I don't have a Corals account, but if i did I'd take Billy Kee anytime scorer for Burton at 2/1 - if he starts. The next best is a more realistic 13/8. Kee has scored in just over half his games, and made an apparently sucessful return from injury against Dagenham last time out. The bet isn't without its risks - he may bnot be match sharp, and although there isn't an immediate sign that Nothampton's leaky defence has responded to their new manager, Boothroyd has now had some thime to work with his players. Although lack of a Corals account means I won't take it, I do see some value in their price.

One I will take is Accrington DNB away at Morecambe. This one has also been picked up by BettingZone and I've taken them for the same reasons - Morecambe sliding down the table with one home win in six, Accrington unbeaten in six, and I don't think the cahnge of fortunes is quite reflected in the price. The best is 5/4, but I'll go with anything above evens. Taking DNB as Accy don't always manage to put teams away.

Small stakes (as are all my punts at thie moment) as I'm putting most of my budget into antepost punts.

Talking of anteposts, I'll be keeping an eye on the Crawley situation where there's talk of players having to be sold to meet the salary cap. I'm a little cynical, and even if players do leave it's no guarantee it won't be their (relatively) well paid reserves rather than their stars. With Southend wobbling, Swindon with their squad depth might just be in touch enough to be worth an each-way punt if the Crawley situation develops.

Merry Christmas TC, good luck :thumb

I'll join you with Accrington and go look for two more odds against chances for a trixie.

I couldn't find anything else to go with it TC, Accrington are my only football bet of the day @ 11/5.
I'll go look at the horses :)

I agree Punter. :thumb There's not been much L2 generosity from the bookies over the last month or so that I've picked up on, which is why I'm doing small bets and concentrating on antepost at the moment.

Accrington
Billy Kee :embarassed (pleased I didn't take it)

Not being able to get to Aldershot today :dance:dance
