I'm sad to hear this, even though i could never seem to catch him right. Back him, Steve Cauthen would win, back Steve Cauthen and Pat Eddery would win lol.

Sad news - last I heard he was training in Ireland (I think) and doing quite well.

A real shame, Pat was a racing legend during the years I was old enough to go into a bookies before the days of the tinternet sportsbooks.
