Vecindario v Tenerife B

Vecindario a division higher (although in the relegation zone), this is the 2nd leg, first leg finished 2-2. According to the preview in a Canary Islands paper, Vecindario are not too keen on winning this match. Their manager gave them the day off yesterday as he's thinking more of their league game at the weekend. A few interesting quotes from the manager too:

We're at our limit [...] I'll be making using of the reserves again [having done similar in the first leg], although more of them this time, both from the regional reserves and the youth team

We weren't given the option to pull out of the Cup, so that's why we're playing. We don't want to go on, but obviously if the boys play well, which incidentally means that I'll know I can count on them at any time, then we'll go on

We're not going out there with the intention of losing, far from it. It's a reward for the reserve team

If we get to the next round, it means we have to keep playing Sundays and Wednesdays, which means we won't be able to work on tactics to try to get out of the relegation places in the league. I'd like to keep up the unbeaten run of the last month, but if we have to lose anywhere, I'd rather it was today than on Sunday against Conquense [in the league]

Nothing certain, and I don't claim to know much about the two teams, but it certainly looks like Vecindario are getting their excuses in nice and early.

Kick off in about 35 minutes (6pm Spanish time), Bet365 are the only ones I can see with this match up (Oddschecker doesn't even list this competition), they've got Tenerife B at 2.2
