Im looking at Athletico Bilbao,Seville lack goals and Bilbao could easily hold the h'cap.
Osasuna id be happy to take on,Vallecano's price is well over 3/1 and thats a bet.

I don't no nowt about Spanish football (well, that's not quite true. I've heard of Barcelona and real Madrid). But seriously, looking at league tables Levante in 4th place look very long at 5/1 at mid-table Athletic Madrid. Does anyone know why?

Yes, RCgills will know exactly why. That's if he comes in. He may not do as his tips just lately have been stinkers.

(sorry about that RC, it's a condition I suffer with - if I say something nice about someone, I have to balance it out with a negative - just ask that nice Swooperman bloke)

Some useful information there for you on Levante, ThunderCelt.

They may be up in 4th, but the bubble seems to have burst. No arguing they deserved to be up there after the start they made, but it was never something they were going to be able to maintain. A budget 1/20th of that of the top teams, an average age of 32 (and a GK and back 4 with a combined age of 170). They've lost 2 on the trot now (having taken 23pts from the previous 9 games before that), and I'd say it should be a return to normal from now. They should've done enough to ensure they'll avoid relegation comfortably enough, but I'd be surprised to see them finish the season in the top 12.

Personally I'd say that price of 5/1 takes into account their start, if this had been earlier in the season I would've expected them to be more like 7 or 8/1.

Wouldn't really want to be backing Atletico either though, they're always more than capable of throwing in a stinker.

If there's ever a good time to be backing Levante for the rest of this season it's a weekend like this one - fresh from a 2-week break (ideal given their ageing squad), few internationals having to jet off halfway around the world unlike a lot of other teams. Still wouldn't be enough to tempt me though.

All in all I personally wouldn't recommend getting involved on this one. If you ask who I think will win, I'd go with Atletico, but there's no way I'd back them at the price. Good luck with whatever you go with anyway.

for what its worth I think it may be worth adding that atleticos home record is
3 1 0 12 2

hope you notice how hesitant/unconfident I have suddenly become:unsure
