I actually enjoy this more than the TDF due to it's rugged terrain, more mountain stages and TT's.
Can't argue with Roglic being favourite after a great show in the Giro and Jumbo-Visma (who have been very powerful this year) leaving him out of the TDF to concentrate on the Vuelta.
But I'm going to have a sneaky one on Quintana @ 17/1, usually you'd give a wide berth to anybody that has just competed in the TDF as doing well in two grand tours back to back is neigh impossible. But in the final week of that race he looked very strong and seeing a fellow Colombian take the TDF title I'm sure he'll be more than up for this now that Bernal has won the countries first grand tour and got the monkey of it's back.
