these odds from sponsors Corbett

The New Saints 2.50
Bangor 3.40
Llanelli 5.50
Bala Town 15.00
Airbus 17.00
Prestatyn 21.00
Port Talbot 29.00
Aberystwyth 29.00
Afan Lido 34.00
Carmarthen 34.00
Connah's Quay 51.00
Newtown 51.00

I think that the bookies have got it right , its got to be between the top three in the betting , Bala Town are the only outsiders that could provide a surprise , can't see any of the others getting anywhere near.
Last season went to the last game between TNS and Bangor. I think it will be the same again this season so at those odds there is no value. Bangor will have their first complete season at their new ground which could benefit them. I think that Bangor will win this season but my confidence is not high enough to back them @ 3.40.
Good luck to anyone having a bet on this league.

Thanks traeth. I like an antepost flutter on this league but unless the odds change I'll take your advice and leave alone.

Good luck for the season traeth, i'll be looking in and following you on some.

Hi Traeth,

I think TNS are good value to win the league @ 2.75 (Bwin). They are the only full time club and from watching the league last season I would say there is a fair difference between them and Bangor. I know it's only one game but there looked to be a big difference between the two sides in the 5-0 title decider game in particular. I'd like to see Bangor win it and I do think Bangor have the better manager, team spirit and most passionate fans, but I just think TNS are a fair bit better. I guess with Bangor's style they are potentially better at grinding out results on muddy pitches against the lesser sides away from home, but TNS will see off teams easily on their plastic pitch. I fancy them to have the edge in the games against Bangor and for that to be crucial. The worry is that they will be less motivated after having already won the league last season but it's not as if they have European football or any other distractions. I can't really see any other team threatening those two. Small stakes as I've only been following the league properly for a year.

hi pg ,
i think its between the top two in the betting , but not worth a long term bet for me
Airbus could be the surprise team this season ,as they have more money from their company who want higher profile and are after an european place.
Their odds are now 10/1 with bet365 and Corbetts
