here are my thoughts for what their worth the way my betting's going this early season

Aberystwyth v Llanelli
The Friday night match between two sides at the bottom with only 5 points each. The difference being Aber got their win last week at connah's Quay whilst Llanelli's only win was in their opening match at Port Talbot.
In the last couple of years Llanelli have been getting the better of Aber.
Llanelli have some financial problems and thing are not well there , they had two of their experienced players sent off at last week's home defeat to Newtown
Friday kick off do favour the home side .

Saturday
Bala Town v Carmarthen
Bala Town have had a terrible start with only two points from six matches , they have lost their last four games.
Carmarthen started well with two wins then had a blip which incuded that massive 7-1 defeat at Prestatyn but they redeemed themselves by holding TNS to a 0-0 draw at home last week.
Bala Town have got to come good one day , will it be this week against a side that do struggle away.
I'm going for a home win here.

Connah's Quay Nomads v Afan Lido
Connah's Quay have started well this season but did let me down last week by losing at home to Aber.
Lido have not been impressive this season and do struggle on their travels .
I'm sticking with my faith in Connah's Quay , home win for me.

Newtown v Airbus
I was not expecting much from Newtown this season because of their megre budget but they have two wins against last season's second and third placed teams of Bangor and a 3-0 win away win at Llanelli.
Airbus have a new squad this season to go with their "new" manager , their two wins has been the double against the bottom club Bala Town.
Not so sure about this one , draw?

Prestatyn v Port Talbot
Prstatyn have had a great start to this season and are equal on points with leaders Bangor , their defeat was at TNS where very few club come away with points.
i watched them live on the tele last week at Bala Town and they looked a good side with two decent strikers, Parkinson and Price ,that will supply them with plenty of goals this season.
Port Talbot are an inconsistant side that can produce a surprise , they won 5=0 at Aber two weeks ago and were unlucky to draw 4-4 last week when they were never behind at any stage.
Port Talbot have the pleasure of having Punter as one of their recent followers
Prestatyn will be very difficult to beat at home this season so I'm going for a home win.

The New Saints v Bangor
The last time these two met was the final day decider for the league at TNS which the home side won 5-0.
TNS scored in every game last season but they have failed to score in their last three matches.
Bangor are table toppers but did suffer a surprise 3-2 defeat at Newtown in their second game of this season.
It's difficult to go against TNS on their home pitch , one side that can win at TNS is Bangor and 2/1 is a tempting price in what I regard as a close match.
I'll probably avoid betting on this one as it can go any of the three outcomes.

a good preview of the weekend from "Jiws" who now reports for the bbc

Good stuff traeth.
I was tempted to chase last weeks stake on PT this week due to the price and what with it still being early days but it's hard to go against the home form and after reading your post decided against. It was only going to be a couple of quid anyway. I'll be shouting them on as the scores come in. Good luck :thumb

Thinking to take TNS to score 2 or more.I have 1.85 in my local which is very interesting for me.Saints didnt score 3 in a row and dont think they will continue like that.Against Bangor scored 2 or more in last nine games at home.Usually both teams score when they meet.So HW is out of question.i wouldnt be surprised to see smth like 3-4 like last season.Or i would like to see that.

Aber v Llanelli
latest odds
Aberystwyth 2.37 draw 3.20 Llanelli 2.90

Rumours about Llanelli's financial problems is that allegedly their manager Andy Legg has not been paid and he is leaving the club , there is a story that he is on his way to Aber. This could be the reason why his squad is depleted .
Below more news about Llanelli.
I've decided to follow Aber even though they are managed by the incompetent Tomi Morgan.

this news from welsh premier site

ALREADY reeling from cash problems which have led manager Andy Legg to speculate about his future, Llanelli head for Aberystwyth Town's Park Avenue on Friday night without six members of the first-team squad.

Luke Bowen, Ashley Evans and Chris Venables were all sent-off in last Saturday's humiliating home defeat at the hands of Newtown.

In addition, Craig Moses, Jason Bowen and former Aberystwyth wingman Geoff Kellaway are all sidelined through injury.

The crisis is so bad that, in addition to recalling veteran defender Martyn Giles from a loan spell at Bridgend Town, Legg will have a roster of just 16 players, which as well as himself, will include three goalkeepers, two youth team players and assistant Steve Jenkins.

Bouyed by their first win of the season at Gap Connah's Quay, the hosts have a full squad with the exception of midfielder Sean Thornton, who reckons he is now two weeks away from returning

the results
Aber 0-2 Llanelli ... poor selection by me , can't see manager lasting long
Bala Town 3 - 0 Carmarthen ... that win was a long way coming
Connah's Quay 6 - 4 Afan Lido ... must have been well worth the entrance fee
Newtown 1 - 7 Airbus ... Airbus click at last
Prestatyn 1 - 1 Port Talbot ....well done punter for avoing Port Talbot
The New Saints 3 - 0 Bangor ...TNS back in winning ways , great call mij

I didn't see any value last weekend so didn't post anything. It's been quite unpredictable so far this season, but I guess this tends to be the case in many leagues in the first 10 games. I just watched the TNS-Bangor game on playback, TNS were a class above their opponents, which makes me feel positive about my outright bet on them to win the league. Bangor simply couldn't deal with their running off the ball and looked weak defensively. I think TNS can struggle against the direct, physical, smaller clubs in the league, especially away from home, as has been seen in their results lately. Bangor can mix it better with these clubs, but generally speaking they are inferior to TNS, which is not a surprise really considering the financial differences between the two clubs.

I agree with you about TNS performance at home.
In the early games of the season it's catching the "unpredictable" result such as the Bala Town or Airbus' this weekend.
I'm hoping to catch one this coming weekend
