some quick thoughts
Cefn Druids v Aberystwyth
Newly promoted Cefn were a difficult side to beat at home in the Alliance but this is a big step up so I can see Aber winning
Prestatyn v Connah's Quay
Prestatyn struggled last season and I see the same for them this season , Connah's Quay to win for me but this is a local derby which has resulted in sendings off in the past.
The New Saints v Bangor City
TNS at home on the Asian handicap made me a few bob last season and I'll be doing the same this season . They beat my side Porthmadog 2-0 midweek in a cup match. It was a decent win but on their home plastic pitch they are much superior to the rest of the sides in the league. Last season TNS won 9-1 at Bangor in April, I cannot see that score being repeated but TNS -2 A.H. is the bet for me as Bangor have not substantially strengthened their squad and have three players missing including influencial Brewerton.
Airbusv Port Talbot
Airbus the only side that will give TNS a run for their money should win this opener at home to Port Talbot.
Port Talbot have some new faces , mainly from Carmarthen and have lost some players to Carmarthen . I cannot decide who will benefit most from the moves between the two southern clubs.
Home win but no value at that price
Carmarthen v Rhyl
See the above comments about Carmarthen's movement. Rhyl are inconsistant away so I cannot pick a winner here.
Newtown v Bala
Newtown did well last season with a young side. Bala can produce some good results occasionally .
Early season is not easy prediction-wise in any league but this lower level league doES produce some surprises but finding them is difficult so I'm sticking with TNS -2 A.H.
