Anytime Scorers System

I've been testing a system to pick up anytime scorers, for what seems like ages. At last, I'm ready to go wih a bank of 1,000 units. Here's the first pick:

There are also players who don't quite fit the system but who I still think are nicely priced. I guess the Glory Hole is the place for these near misses.
