Beeting Strategy - Help

Please is anyone aware of any betting strategy. Have tried martingale, cancellation system in handicap odds and doesn't work.

As I've said before the very best (soccer) betting strategy is to save up your money for two years and then bet against England in the finals of major tounrnaments.

Even in 1990 and 1996 you'd have only made small losses .
