Nervy day after disaster yesterday.

York 3.40 Requinto 2.5 pts win @ 8.0 ( lay back IR @ 1.81)

There will enevitably be some hard luck stories here and Hoof It will probably relish the cut in the ground but I've missed his recent wins and will probably regretnot supporting him today.

Requento's times for a 2yo stand out to me, no queries re the ground a fair draw. Gets the weight allowance and hopefully still more improvement than the rest. My only real concern would be him getting "bullied", in this group 1 race.

Wolver 6.45 Riffesionne 1 pt win @ 20/1. Lay back IR @ 4.2 & 1.81

Could be on a decent mark of 60 returning to polytrack. Drawn well and hopefully get ahead of Almaty before the turn. Risky proposition with the CP's on, but he generally breaks well even when finishing down the field.
