I've just cashed out the 5 fold here. I stood to win £36.10 but i've taken the cash out of £14.97. It makes sense in that £36.10 isn't a huge amount anyhow and if City can win i get the full 5 x 4 folds up anyway.
The only 4 fold up so far has paid £16.79, so i'm in a small profit anyway. Man City tomorrow, could get me off to a flyer.

I always look forward to my boxing day bets, but I’m a bit disappointed with both Football and Horse racing options this year. The King George is disappointing in that there’s only 5 runners, so no each way value. I’ve had a bet just for tradition more than anything, today.

I’ve got more interest in the The Welsh Grand National Tuesday. I’ll be backing 3 or 4 here. I’ll be on the favourite Native River, who is already being talked up as another runner for the trainer in the Gold Cup.

But it’s Kerry Lee’s mud loving chasers that I want more on. Mountainous is trying to win the race for the third time, I’ve got to cover that @ around 20/1, but I’m more in favour of both her Bishops Rd (16/1) and Russ Blanc (33/1). It’ll be interesting to see who she runs and who she puts her jock’s on.

I know I’ve mentioned her being one of my favourite trainers before, but this is one of the races that the Lee’s target every year. They have won the race 3 times in the last 5 years.
