Scottish Football Betting 01-02nd October

Looks like a cracking week to be had in the Scottish Lower Leagues this week. I need to do a bit more reading up but ive got 5 fancies (2 real strong) and possibly even a 6th fancy.

Peterhead have suprised us all in their results this season. On paper theyve got the best squad in the league and possibly the best FOUR strikers (nah make that FIVE now theyve got Wood) in the league. Theyve just not got the results we expected although their class shows through every game. The sacking of their manager last Friday should change their fortunes and i was unlucky not to collect on them last weekend. They are gonna thump someone soon and it might just be this weekend v a hot and cold montrose team. Montrose could have Smart back and theyll need him in defence. Peterhead at 11/8 Victor Chandler is a bet i would bet every week so lets just hope this week they do it. We'll be ok. Aye get your money on Peterhead Betnodders.

Similarly to Peterhead, Brechin where the ante post favs, Why? Because they could put out 2 teams that would be strong enough to win division two this season. Ok so im over exagerating but they do have a better team man for man over anyone else. Theyve taken time to gell but theyre getting there and i predict a riot on Saturday. Stirling albion arent as good as some of their results suggest this season and i would back anyone at them this weekend. Lucky for us it's the preseason favs who are starting to come good. Brechin 6/4 Hills and Victor Chandler is a must bet this weekend.

Stenhousemuir @ 7/5 in Corals. Airdrie havent put in a good performance all season even if they did beat Stirling 5-0 at home. Ive never seen the airdrie fans so down on their team for many a season. They just aint clicking. I think Stenhousemuir who are full of experience and many a fans dark horses for the league this season are well worth taking at Airdrie at the price although im starting to think it could be my weakest selection. I will read more and....i wont spam my site but you will see a link to it on the top of Betnod (the komp lee link) Im gonna be on stenny it just depends how strong after i do some reading up.

Similary ill be on Cowdenbeath @ a fantastic 15/8 with Victor Chandler. They should be 11/8 imo. I took them preseason (13/2) for the league as theyve kept the gist of the squad that played in Div One last season. Theyve been a bit hot and cold whilst Cameron tries to find his best team. If he plays himself then i expect them to beat Arbroath a side rated by most, barr me. I was on Arbroath for div three last season and i watched their results closely. They gave me many a scare on the way. I dont think theyre as good as folks make out up a division. I think this is a bit of a derby too. That 15/8 is a great price.

Dumbarton 11/10 Coral is a great price. Need to see team news but all i know is Scott chaplin is out for Albion Rovers and thats the equivilent of a team losing 3 players such is his influence on the Albion Rovers team. I like the Dumbarton team on paper this season with Agnew, Prunty, Gilheany amongst others. Theyve been a bit hot and cold too this season especially at home but i think theyre a good price to have a going day v a Chapliness albion rovers. Dont get me wrong i know and the bookies dont, that albion rovers have actually done ok this season in games despite results. Usually i would avoid this but the Scott Chaplin loss is just that great imo. Wonder if Gemmell is back yet?

I might look into Annan more. 5/4 again at Victor Chandler might be ok. Berwick aint all that,. Nah i dunno. All i can say if youve got money in your Victor Chandler account then go and bet all my selections this weekend the now and it's gonna be very hard for us to lose money. Here's hoping for a full hosue weekend.

As mentioned im still too busy working on my site to get about the net. Heh i dont even post there. I'll try pop in and post my scottish thoughts especially after another week of hard work for me with a light at the end of the tunnel. Im getting quite settled in my caravan and starting to feel less miserable and stressed again in life. I aint drinking so much either. I dont have the hassle of signing on and needing my rent paid etc. My poker is keeping me and i look forward to just sitting on the net posting again and maybe popping by sites like Betnod and saying hello.

ooops thats couldnt have went more wrong really could it? Id been doing ok of late too. 6/6 the other week worst priced 4/5. That was all a bit of a shocker for me.
