Someone's trying to get £10K on Liverpool in the 'Top 6' market on BF @ 1.72 and, presumably, the same guy is trying to take £5K out of Newcastle @ 2.38 in the same market....

...I know Newcastle are in a false position and the teams below are a much of a muchness, but how bad are Liverpool this season?

Looking at their run-in, on paper they have a pretty easy run-in with only Chelsea (at home) to play of the top teams, but they do have to play Newcastle at the Sports Direct Arena a week on Sunday which, if they lose that, will surely have little chance of finishing above Newcastle.

It would only take one of the mid-table teams to put together a couple of wins to move right up beside them too.

Maybe neither. Maybe he was backing/laying to close out earlier positions for a profit.

If that was the case I'd say he was stupid then, 'cos Liverpool are so shite they were always going to get bigger - unless they won at the Sports Direct Arena today to close the gap, but then he would have been better off backing them today in a single.
