Don't now much about Roglic apart from winning Romandie this year but last year Simon Yates was in the pink Jersey for most of the race by 3 or 4 mins until Froome went mental on stage 19 producing a ride of the like I've never seen in my life to destroy Yates by 20 mins or so and take the race away from Yates.
In all that time mind Dumoulin was on his tail and never let up and eventually finished the overall race 2nd and under any other circumstances would probably won the race.
Froome has sacked the race this year to concentrate on the TDF but Dumoulin and Yates are back in the mix to make amends.
Going off last years effort I'd have to fancy Dumoulin @ 3.50 because bar the Freak froome is, I've never seen another rider with his sort of stamina, I can see Yates @ 3.50 dominating certain stages because he's a class apart on controlled mountain stages but it could be the unpredictability of the Giro that might do him again.
Outside chance could be Tao Geoghegan Hart @ 51 or Sivakov @ 67 from team Sky now Ineos, both looked on fire in the Tour de Alps a week or so ago, they were supposed to be support for Bernal in the Giro but he broke his shoulder last week and now both are thrust into the spotlight.
Hart particularly looked good, having lot's in reserve supporting Sivakov to a win in the Alps. In a three week killer like the Giro though those reserves could well reverse the outcome between the two.

Been a very good race so far and it's still pretty much wide open.
Today was pretty much a damp squib after promising so much with it being the penultimate day in the mountains but saying that it means there will probably be fireworks tomorrow as it's shit or bust time for most riders who want to win or a podium finish.
More so with Sunday being the last day and Roglic capable of taking a minute or two out of all the riders.
General classification after stage 19
1. Richard Carapaz (Ecu) Movistar, in 83-52-22
2. Vincenzo Nibali (Ita) Bahrain-Merida, 1-54
3. Primož Roglič (Slo) Jumbo-Visma, at 2-16
4. Mikel Landa (Esp) Movistar, at 3-03
5. Bauke Mollema (Ned) Trek-Segafredo, at 5-07
6. Miguel Ángel López (Col) Astana, at 5-33
7. Rafał Majka (Pol) Bora-Hansgrohe, at 6-48
8. Simon Yates (GBr) Mitchelton-Scott, at 7-17
9. Pavel Sivakov (Rus) Team Ineos, at same time
10. Davide Formolo (Ita) Bora-Hansgrohe, at 10-06
That translates to Carapaz consolidating the lead he has and hoping he can time trial Roglic to within 2.16 minutes over 17km which will probably be enough but don't forget Roglic took nearly a minute off him in a TT half that distance on the first day.
Nibali having to go for it tomorrow as he has no other option because although a half decent time trialer he's nowhere near within 20 secs of Roglic.
Landa's hope have gone because Movistar will be looking after Carapaz's interest's unless something goes drastically wrong.
Roglic is on the cusp at the moment, he needs all the seconds he can on Carapaz tomorrow before the final TT, on paper it's not going to happen but to date Roglic has rode within himself on this tour apart from Time Trialling , he's going to have to do something Froome like but with Movistar being by far the strongest team in this years Giro it's highly unlikely.
Stage 20 I'll go for a Nibali win @ 9's
