Since when could we have odds of less than 1.5's?

Since we decided that stakes weren't returned to stop people from picking 5 shit odds on chances in the hope of getting a decent return. The discussion is in the rules thread Slick. There really is no point picking five 1.2 shots and getting 2 points return this season whereas last year it would have netted you 12 points. Any fucking idiot can pick 5 odds on shots. There's no skill in that.
