One good thing for City is that Hart doesn't play in nets in these games.

I think Chelsea might be worth a shout, Wenger always brings through his youngsters in these games and with Arsenal sitting on top of the league he may play a couple more than usual, Chelsea like City will also make wholesale changes no doubt but with the strength in depth both clubs have they should still look pretty formidable on paper.
