I'm very tempted to go for the two home wins but with Liverpool allready being a goal up it's putting me off as they might go on the back foot to try and defend what they have and come unstuck.
Team news in that match will also be vital as City may be tempted to rest a few players now the Premiership has become priority, no FA cup match for City this weekend but they do have a tough match away to Everton next Tuesday where City don't have a good record. Mancini will want all his best players fighting fit for that one.

.

Go on the back foot to try to defend? Are you fucking serious. They played most of the last 20 minutes of the first leg with 27 players behind the ball the spineless fucking shitbags. Actually, that's not fair. The reality is that it's begun to dawn on all of them that the "King Kenny" effect was all a great big pile of PR bollocks (The Emperor's new clothes if you like) and they really are shit. Far too shit to try to take on City so just bung everyone behind the ball.

Anyone who is expecting anything different for the second leg is dreaming. If you fancy either team, go for the double result, draw at half time and your team at full time. It's not beyond the realms of possibility that they are second best for 80 minutes and still end up winning. It's already happened once.

Im on cardiff tonight and Man City tomorrow night.

Cardiff were unlucky not to get a draw in the first leg - good goal disallowed and going with that im happy to risk them tonight.

As for Liverpool where do you start !!! I know FECKING WOEFUL.... Man City were there for a right going over in the first leg but Liverpool i felt sat back and may live to regret that. I vowed never to back Liverpool again but sadly i'm weak and they screwed some decent bets last weekend - i may be on the 'rebound' but 17/10 about Man City who need to win in 90 to progress Im also happy with.

King Kenny may have read the riot act but one eye will be on FA Cup tie with Man Ure at weekend

Liverpool will definately be up for this one, without an eye on the f.a cup too. I'm still with you both though and think City will get the win...and pass us off the park to be honest.

Tonights game, i had a small amount of change in my Bet Victor account and stuck it on the first goal being scored by way of a free kick @ 14/1

Liverpool are just over 4/6 TO WIN THE CUP on betfair at the moment. That's fucking crazy. They shouldn't be that short just to beat Cardiff, never mind having to get through tomorrow's game as well.

You can lay them @ 1.79 if you feel that strongly. I thought you were wrong to be honest, but it's exactly what the double comes to.

1.4 not to lose tonight, with the win and draw combined and 1.25 outright win v Cardiff.

The new 10 man LFC defence will do the job.

I cant see that image beamer?

No defeat at Anfield this season for us so far.
The more i think about it the 5/2 for City to win the competition outright does look massive.

Never seen that before. Citeh and massive in the same sentence. :lol

It's there now Punt. It just went missing for 90 minutes like andy carroll

Match is going exactly as i expected, Liverpool should win this but I have a feeling they will play deeper and deeper as time goes on which could cause a problem if they don't score another within 20 mins of the restart as I expect Aguero to come on after the break if not soon into the second half, mainly to have a go at the Liverpool defence b4 they start piling men behind the ball like they did in the first leg.

I'm still expecting Liverpool to go through but the longer it stands as it is anything could happen as the nerves set in for them.
Liverpool need a quick goal to put this game to bed.

Only after extra time Wayne.

so this won't go to Pens.

Aguero on, City now with a familiar flat back four, this could be interesting.

fUCK. Good goal though. I hate to say it but Liverpool have been by far the better side

:lol

Good game this. Just need 5 sendings off and 9 broken legs and I'll be happy.
