I'm on Cue Card at 8/1 (win bet only). Now into 7/2. I keep looking at Djakadam but it's let me down so many times it's putting me off. I'm more tempted by Sizing Jon at the moment at 9/1

Also early bets on Wholestone 7/1 and West Approach 6/1 in the Albert Bartlet (one of the races I've backed Colin's Sister in at a big price but I don't think it will run today.

Martin Pipe Conditional race The Storyteller 12/1 and Doesyourdogbite 25/1

Grand Annual Dandridge 11/1 Eastlake 25/1

County Hurdle North Hill Harvey 14/1 Consul du Thaix 16/1 and Mickjazz 12/1 (small stakes)

Foxhunters On the fringe 7/2 (currently 6/4 bloody hell! not very often I end up with a bargain antepost so you can guarantee it will break a leg in the horsebox).

Triumph hurdle Defi Du Seul 7/2 and two that I intend to back whatever they run in Charli Parcs 7/1 and Meri Devie 6/1 (currently as big as 20s so I'm assuming this it not its race:lol)

I've nothing sorted yet but i've got to throw a few combo tricasts in, for the Gold Cup. If they stay up i can see Cue Card and Native River finishing in the first two.

I'd love to see Cue Card win it. The way he romped home on his first visit to the track back in 2010 @ 40/1 was so impressive. Fantastic.

16 career wins, £1.3M in prize money. I'm not sure how he rates with the greats but he's got to be right up there.
I hope he makes it 17.
