I think The Sun are doing one, Mcdonalds are also doing one on the Uefa site. I think (not sure) these are the only free ones.

Theres an option somewhere to turn it off, can't remember where off the top of my head but I'm sure you will find it, if you get no joy give me a shout and I'll find it.
 
in fact if you click stop watching thread and then click 'watch thread', the recieve alert without email notification option will appear.

I like the Talksport predictor league because it's quick and easy and you can pick predictions weeks in advance in case you fear you may forget a week or two in the early days, once you get upto speed it doesn't take more than 5 mins a week to fill out the predictor form and away you go.
