2.10 Fairview - OPIUM and SWEET CHESTNUT - The latter ran well from a similarly bad draw last time, represent an in form stable and will appreciate the step up in trip. Ought to be thereabouts at 7's. SC is better than her recent form indicates and she possibly found the mile too sharp for her last time. Refused to jump away 2 ago and lost a length last time, so this is a concern, but leading chance if away on terms at 14's

3.55 Fairview - ANTE OMNIA - Ran well last time and the make up of the race suggests it might go to a finisher. AO meets this criteria and as a bonus is getting weight all round. Looks a live danger at 8's.
 
3.35 Greyville - L'OPTIMISTE - Looks suitably named at 100's, but is a possible improver.

4.10 Greyville - PLAYLIST and PAMUNKEY - The latter looks a nicely bred newcomer at 14's and the former is lightly raced, tries the extra, has scope for improvement and has a top young claimer booked. Be surprised if the early 100's holds.
 
4.40 Greyville - Going with 3 and could do with the FC / TC at the prices -

CADDY MASTER ( In form and should have the gate speed to negate the wide draw. Definite chance at 5's )
ASTROMAN ( Likes the surface and takes a welcome drop in the ratings at 6's )
COMMAND TO CONQUER ( Bit better last time than the bare form of 7th suggests and is on 3rd run back off a break, so should be fit. EW chance at 20's )
 
5.40 Greyville - KINGSMEAD - Back off a short break, but recent form all pretty good and does act on the surface. Really should go well at 8's.

6.10 Greyville - FULFILLYOURDREAM - Tough draw to overcome, but won nicely last time and not sure he should be 16's. MAYFAIR would have needed the run last time and takes a welcome drop in the ratings, so could also go well at 25's.
 
7.28 Greyville - NIGHT LOCK - Goes on the poly, capable on a going day and not too badly weighted. Worse 33/1 shots out there.
 
8.00 Greyville - 3 at EW Prices and a combination FC with these in the closing Maiden -

MELONY ( Lightly raced and fair effort last time back off a break. Can improve further at 12's )
WILD ENCOUNTER ( Bred to do better and the switch to the poly and the fitting of blinkers offers hope at 33's )
ABERCROMBIE ( Back off a short break and odd piece of form has him up there. Top jockey booked and therefore interesting at 33's )
 
8.00 Dundalk - WAT TYLER - Locally trained and whilst not shown much in maidens, is a possible improver now switched to handicap's. Plenty to prove, but don't mind a small EW at 50's.
 
8.30 Dundalk - SHAWAMI - Disappointing favourite on only previous visit here, but surface should not be an issue and solid turf form lately, so no back number at 16's.
 
8.45 Chelmsford - MARBOOH - Dangerous mark on best form and makes stable debut today. First go in Class 6 company today and whilst he has his share of weight, cannot discount at 14's.
