Well it's just a blur, I was at an all day Christening on Sunday where all were either red or blue and it turned out to be a cracking day.
The main room had no telly but if you went to the bar you could look into the members room where they had one of those projector jobbies, so we ended up doing shifts at the bar and relaying back information for the United game.
When it got to 4-2 I thought well thats that and signed off, then when a red came back from the bar saying it's finished 4-4 I thought he was taking the piss, then when a few more came back with their chins on the floor I couldn't stop laughing.
Then when the 'do' was over at about 4.30pm a few of us went to the pub down the road to watch the 2nd half of the City game, when I walked in I spotted the bar in the pool room was half empty but could see people watching a big telly so we went in there and they were watching Liverpool V West Brom
I said wtf's going on here why ain't the match on , to the reply "it is on, why who else is playing" , then the penny dropped , a room full of fcuking sour faced Unitred fans , I thought it was us who were bitter.
As it happens the pub turned our to be half and half so the other rooms that were full were showing the City game.
There was a bit of banter later on but nothing on the scale of the Arsenal defeat a few weeks back, I think most United fans now realise it's game on again and aren't expecting much change next week at City.
Personally I still fancy united for the title allthough I fancy us to beat them at the Etihad, our away form is what worry's me and I can't see us beating Newcastle, whereas I expected United to go on and win their last two games, but the way United have defended lately I wouldn't be suprised to see another shock on the cards.
I have a feeling there will be a few more twists and turns up until and including the last round matches.
