Next Aston Villa Manager Betting

Pardon me for butting in on not my natural territory but it has overlapped on one of my areas of interest. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer I have heard is the favourite to take over, one of my areas of expertise being Scandinavia, you understand, not the football.

Well I've got a lovely green book now, traded about a grand back and forth in small bets (about 150 trades). Solksjaer went right out to 21.0 but has come back in to around 7.0, so he's not to be ruled out just yet. Oh, as I type I've just checked and he's back out to 16.0.

This time of the night is probably the best for trading for 2 reasons..

a) you get the numpties coming home from the pub half cut, they have been chatting with their mates about the next Villa manager and take what ever price is on offer for their fancy, instead of asking for the price they think they should be, and...

b) next-day stories from the press are put up online and there's nothing guaranteed more to move a market than a newspaper stating that Mr X is a strong candidate for the job.

I think Gus Poyet is going to be given a chance in the Premiership sooner or later. He's done well at Brighton and has the ability/contacts to bring in a decent player or two.

Next Villa manager, 2pt Gus Poyet @ 54 betdaq
Next WBA manager, 2pt Gus Poyet @ 19.5 betdaq

Good thinking, could well be Gus, into 10/1 now.

The backs and lays on the right are what I've had in the last hour or so since my last post, which shows just how easy it is to trade on these markets....the Roberto Martinez trades near the bottom for example, backed him at 14.5 and about 30 seconds later laid him at 6.8.....or the Solskjaer trades in the middle which all happened within a couple of minutes.

Have to say your bloody good at these markets Seen, I was going to dabble in the Liverpool one but to late now. Think Poyet might come down lower maybe in time as well than the 12s on offer and also think Capello might come down from 21s for the Liverpool job

Lambert finally announced as new Villa manager. Had a decent book in the end but was hoping it would drag on for a bit longer.
