BRUNY ISLAND owes me a few quid, should have won the last twice but he's a hostage-to-fortune kind of horse due to his hold-up running style. Like last time he has everything in his favour (trip, track, hood) apart from the draw, he's drawn bang on the rail so we have to hope things open up for him. I know Josephine Gordon is one of the better female jockeys but I'd still prefer a male on board as women jocks tend to bottle it when short of room.
If he gets a clear then he must go close but once again I'll be putting in short price lays in-running (right down to 1.01) - he's also not the most resolute in a finish and could easily get beat after looking sure to win.
Good luck!
