I'm highlighting this, as they're really pissing me off........
Red32 - avoid like the plague
Opened an account earlier in the week, offer escxapes me now but if you had a bet on the 1:30 tuesday & it was a loser they gave you a free bet to the tune of £25. Needless to say they both lost but had another email, bet £32 on the 1:30 wednesday & if a loser then another free bet for £32. That was trickier as I was on course & the bets had to be used on the Cheltenham races of that day. Lost both again.
Another email, stake £25 in the 1:30 today & if it comes 2nd to Peddlers Cross, another £25 bet.
I'm not a big horse gambler, so £25 on the nose is biggish for me but I fancied Sir Des Champs so I decided to go for it. You have to bear in mind I've used the sire for 2 days so I know how it works. You deposit money into the casino account then transfer it across.
Ok, deposited £25, even took me through my Lloyds Bank cardcheck thing, but my funds didnt update. Went into casino to transfer, no funds to transfer across so wouldnt even allow me to select the option. This was about 1:05 btw, 25 minutes before the off, ample time. Kept refreshing browser, no joy. Strange, did the deposit again, same thing, no update. Checked bank, moneys gone off my cleared funds, £50 now. Kept refreshing, even trued to put the bet on but declined through lack of funds. Now 1:25, went onto their internet helpline but didnt get an answer until after the race, which obviously the fcuking horse won, costing me a minimum of £75.
Finally had a reply, woman said 'yeah but Peddlers Cross didnt win so the promotion was void'. Ehh!!!!!! Yeah but my horse fcuking did !!!! Told her she could even check as there would be a declined bet on the system. Not having any of it.
Told her closing account, then realising I wouldnt get that £50 back for days, so had a couple of bets.
Emailed them this:
I opened my account 2 days ago, used you during that time & had no problems. I wanted to take advantage of your ‘refund if 2nd to Peddlers Cross’ offer. I logged on just after 1pm & tried to deposit £25 to put on Sir Des Champs, which then won. My account did not update funds wise, despite bringing up my Lloyds Bank checker. I did it again, thinking it just hadnt worked, so I had now deposited £50. The funds did not update even though I checked my banks end. I kept refreshing the browser but it would not update. I went into transfer funds but it did not appear on my casino account. I even tried to put the bet on but was declined for no funds. I then went onto the 24/7 line via the internet but didnt get a reply until after the race!!
What was I supposed to do? I have deposited my money for a specific bet, which due to your site I could not get on even though I tried to do it 25 minutes before the race. This is the internet, not the post. You have cost me a £75 win, thankyou very much

Thanks for your email.
I am sorry you have not been able to successfully place this bet. I can see that you placed a bet on Soll which unfortunately was not lucky on this occasion. I am a little unsure as to why you were not bale to place this bet as it has allowed you to bet on another horse for the same race.
I see that you transferred funds over to sports and your current balance is £40 in sports.
I do wish you the bets of luck for the rest of the day.
I was going a bit mental by now, so replied:
Please do not try and fob me off as stupid. I was not able to place a bet in this race, as I have pointed out. I have not backed any horse in this race today. the Soll bet was the previous days race, not todays. the only bet I was going to place with you today was on Sir Des Champs in the 1:30, which won, costing me a loss of £75, due to your website not updating my deposit despite it being placed 25 minutes before the race. The only reason I am still betting with you today is if I withdraw my funds I will not get them until 3 days have gone.
Even if you intend to do nothing about your error at least have the good grace to accept your site is at fault, rather than trying to bombard me with incorrect information making yourselves look even stupider.
Thank you for spoiling my day, which you make worse by not being willing to accept the blame
Hes looking into it
