11.25 Vaal - SUNBURST - Quietly fancied on debut where he showed a little more than his finishing position indicates and top jockey Muzi Yeni keeps the ride. Can't see the early 33's holding.
 
12.00 Vaal - RICH HARVEST - Much improved 2nd start and can hopefully come on again at 10's
 
Pretty brave front running 3rd for Rich Harvest.

12.35 Vaal - BLUESTAR BRIDGE and FLAMING HOT - Pair of lightly raced, nicely bred outsiders at 28's and 40's respectively.

12.35 Vaal - Also adding NEVERLETUGO at 100's as saddle slipped on debut and then was slow away on 2nd start. Pretty much no idea what this one is capable of, sh happy risking a speculative EW.

10.10 Vaal - TILL DAWN - Back off a break, which is the only explanation for the 12's on offer. Still see it going off shorter though.
 
10.40 Vaal - Top 3 in the betting all look opposable at the prices, so going with 3 -

RADIA THE REBEL at 25's
CONFAB at 40's
 
Friday 16th -

2.40 Fairview - KLAWERKATE and CHILL BABY CHILL at 16's and 20's respectively.
 
Saturday 17th, with 2 SA meeting + Towcester dogs live on ATTHERACES -

11.35 Fairview - MORE MAGIC and ROYAL STAG - Taking a punt with this pair of nicely bred newcomers at 16's and 20's respectively.
 
12.10 Fairview - OVER THE WAY and WINTER FIVE - Ran against each other in their debut efforts and both hinted at promise. Pair of possible improvers, both at 50's.
 
12.25 Turffontein - SEPTEMBER BLOOM - Should not be 14/1 with Pennington Sands being 7/2, so a bet based purely on the price.
 
2.50 Turffontein - Going with 3 in the closer -

CHAMPIONS CUP ( Not Disgraced lately and another small drop down to a mark of 59. Probably going to come good soon and hopefully that's today at 18's )
GENESIS ( Signs of life with an improved recent effort which gives him an EW shout at 20's )
DOUBLE MINK ( Not sure the early 40's will hold )
 
Shantou Bob @16/1. Ignore its last run ,it faded late on , the previous two runs it placed , carry a bit extra but should make the places.
 
Monday 19th -

12.50 Flamingo Park - OVER ACHIEVER - Drawn out of it last twice, but much better berthed today. Has form against stronger and h'cap wins have come at this sort of level. Small leap of faith required, but not sure she should be available at 28's

1.45 Lingfield - NORMAL NORMAN and BARD OF BRITTANY - Heavy ground against NN last time, but better judges on first couple of career starts. Should prove more competitive today at 14's. Looked a fair race for the grade that BOB was 6th in and is a possible improver at 25's
