11.15 Flamingo Park - MIESQUES SPEED - Been a while for this one, but capable of fair form and the addition of blinkers can hopefully help at 33's.
 
1.50 Southwell - ANNA JAMMEELA - Handicap debut for this one, who is also stepping up in trip at 12's.

5.20 Southwell - IDEAL ANGEL - Taking a chance that 7f on fibresand is ideal for this one at 14's.
 
3.45 Chepstow - LETHAL GUEST and ATTY'S EDGE at 12's and 66's respectively.
 
Tuesday 28th August

8.00 Ballinrobe - SPORTING STOWAWAY and FIRODA LADY - The other Peter Fahey runner was my initial choice, but the early 20's is ancient history and now down to 7/2. Definitely a shrewd stable and they do get Bumper winners, so happy with his other pair at 40's and 66's respectively.
 
1.10 Vaal - DESERT SUNSET and GENTLEMAN ONLY at 10's and 12's respectively.
 
7.40 Bellewstown - CONSTRUCTION - Possible improver at 22's

7.55 Tipperary - MAJESTIC DOONEEN - Nicely bred and whilst possibly needs more time, is still of interest on debut at 100's
 
Friday 31st August

6.55 Hamilton - MAKHAYYAM - Class 3 winner and every chance on best form at 12's

8.45 Newcastle - MITCHUM - On a fair mark and holds plenty of c & d form at 14's
 
7.05 Wolverhampton - MAFDET - Definitely worth a crack at this trip and whilst plenty to find, it is 8 runners, with 2 that look to hold no chance, so don't mind a small EW at 66's.
 
Saturday 1st September

11.55 Turffontein - MYRRH - Much improved on 2nd start ( behind a fair measuring stick ) and can improve again for the longer trip. 9 runners, so a handy race for an EW at 14's.
 
2.55 Scottsville - HAYLOR - Could be in better form, but nicely weighted and fair track record at 20's.
 
Tuesday 4th September

6.55 Leicester - GISELE'S ANGEL at 16's

7.05 Naas - GREANTA at 16's
 
1.10 Scottsville - CORAZON at 11's

3.05 Scottsville - LUNAR TIDE at 25's
 
6.40 Gowran - FLAMMA CLARUS - RAYDA looks the sensible one at 9/2, but FC has decent credentials and must be better than poor debut effort at 25's .
 
Thursday 6th September

12.00 Vaal - OCEAN CITY - Lost a length on debut, but showed enough promise to merit consideration. Immediately switched yards as well, so certainly looks interesting today at 12's.

12.35 Vaal - SIR SPENCER - Mainly a price thing as he really should not be 20's. Is also 2 from 2 at the track and is also getting weight all round.

1.10 Vaal - BLONDE VISION and RED TARA - Both look to hold fair EW chances at 10's and 12's respectively.

3.35 Vaal - AEGEAN - Definitely a moderate sort, but it looks a particularly weak maiden. A quick look at the list of jockeys that have ridden him ( inc Pierre Strydom last time ) suggest that he has shown plenty at home and now Calvin Habib becomes the 9th jockey in 10 starts to have a go. Usual average type of run, would not surprise, but neither would a much improved effort at 80's.
 
6.15 Kempton - BRAWNY and JACKO at 12's and 14's respectively.

7.35 Kilbeggan - BREFFNIBOY - Early 40's long gone and now 10's. Don't know enough about either the trainer or jockey, but does look a nicely bred newcomer.
 
Saturday 8th September

11.05 Turffontein - GOLD SCENT - Some fair form on show, but going with the only newcomer in the race at 10's.

3.13 Turffontein - TRIP TO IBIZA - Fair recent form and remains on a nice mark at 10's.

4.25 Turffontein - GOOD EMPEROR and TWO GUNS - Couple of lively outsiders at 25's and 50's respectively.
 
1.55 Navan - SISTER SLADE - Trainer 2nd string ( to the FAV ) but quite nicely bred on debut at 40's.

2.00 Thirsk - DOTHKARI - Bred to be OK, but does need massive improvement on moderate debut. Happy taking that chance at 100's.

5.20 Navan - GREENGAGE - 11lb lower than career high mark and 3 pieces of form give him every chance. Balance of form makes this one a tough pick, but simply could not resist the 33's on offer.
 
2.10 Leicester - FLAREPATH at 12's

3.15 Leicester - DR SMOLDER at 10's

3.40 Listowel - LES ARCEAUX at 10's

5.15 Listowel - DROPTHEANCHOR at 11's
