Which bookies have got odds up mate? Just checked Paddy Power, William Hill and Ladbrokes, none of them have any of the international games beyond Saturday. Makes sense really, as for some sides, the first round of games on Thursday/Friday/Saturday could make the second round of games meaningless, surely they'll all be waiting to see what happens in the first games before pricing up the second round of games.
