any chance of an example of a ridiculous Stan James limit on this(if you dont want to give an actual bet just give the amount you think theyd take on a simple bet eg Sweden to win)

Also how will you actually hedge that Greece bet-can you bet on them being 7-12 for example?

My limits are quite small in there, I got in 17,xx for this one. I dontk now if it's worth hedging, but it is possible. BetVictor gives 6th-10th @2.88 right now. It was 3.25 I believe but dropped a bit. So it's possible to hedge, and there is the added value if they finish exactly 6th both hit! 8)

I dont know how much they would give for sweden, but I've never got in big amounts with them. I dont know what's with them.. kinda annoying.
 
I was topping up Macedonia top10, and I think for the first time Unibet didnt accept the whole bet I made, but returned portion of the bet and lowered the odds from 15.0 to 10.0 instantly. Too bad, I've read a bit of different sites, and Macedonia seems to be liked almost everywhere. Well I got a bit more 15.0 so I'm quite happy with it.
 
Azerbaijan's outright odds just took a plunge on Betfair after the rehearsal. You might want to consider the 51.00 e/w on WillHill or StanJames, which imo is amazing amazing value. If you regard the win portion as a total waste it's still 6.75 for top4. And that's for an entry that trades around 1.50 for top10. Surely that discrepancy can't be warranted?

I think the extra place is important. Makes possible hedging also easier.

StanJames lowered their UK no top10 to 1.83. Go get the max you can, they let me bet a staggering 18€ on it. But it's like free money. Go nuts.

I cant find Macedonia thread. So I'll write this here.

Wondering about Macedonia's chance to qualify. I want to bet more on them to make it, but for the 4 years in a row they have not progressed from semis to the finals. That is due to some bad luck also in 2008 and 2009 they were 10th in semid but juries let Sweden and Finland through. That was a stupid rule btw. Anyways, is their lack of success due to bad songs, or is there no diaspora support for them? There are lots of Balkan countries and all of them cant get support...
 
Just watching snippets of the final rehearsals they have all upped their game,yet maybe oversinging in places..did Engelbert hit that final note today..how about moonlight over a lake for the backdrop,then the other entries can over-egg their performances to their heart's content..I'd like a setting sun for the Spanish entry..it's not there..is anyone betting on the UK to come last of the Big 5..sorry Arlene,you did your best..
 
I'm actually with Israel to qualify now, and gonna punt a bit. They are right after 2 rather poor snoozefests, Belgium and Finland, and it's catchy right from the getgo. So I'm starting to lean on them to make it. Not sure by any means, not a bet that I think has great value, but maybe a tiny bit 8)

croatia Q 2.5 @Betfred 5pts - 8 out of 10 of Croatia best supporters are in this SF. the jury is likely to give moderate support and the singer is very popular in her part of the world. anything above evens is value in my book.
