I Know The Score 2016/17 - Paid Entry

Was going to say I don't think I'll get the highest overall score, but I thought the high score was 250+, just checked and seen it's 240, guess I've got a slight chance.

That insurance chip that Kegman's still not used worries me a little though. Surely it's got to be on Spurs v Chelsea, which could make things very interesting if the scores are still close after tomorrow's 3 games.

I thought there was only 3 games to go but i see there's 4. I think the 240pts will get equaled or beat.

Good luck fellas.

I was right to be worried about that insurance chip of Kegman's, it could be crucial tomorrow. Looking at tonight's scores, unless I'm mistaken it's between me and Kegman for the Super Saturday prize, although Graham Elleson could make it a 3-way tie.

I make it 215 for me, 205 for Kegman and 175 for Graham Elleson. Kegman's got his insurance chip left, so can't score any lower than 205, meaning that unless I get the outcome right tomorrow, Kegman is guaranteed at least a share of first place. If I get the outcome right, Kegman will need a correct score to beat me.

If Kegman and I both get the outcome wrong tomorrow, and Graham gets the correct score, we'd have a 3-way tie on 205pts.

And unless I get a correct score, BigTom is safe with his highest overall score.

Good luck for tomorrow, Kegman :thumb

Kegman went Chelsea, I went draw. Graham Elleson nearly pinched a share of the prize by going Spurs 2-1.

What was your original pick, Kegman? I see from the Newsfeed you changed your picks 5 times over the course of today

Well done lads, I really thought that 240 point top score would have gone but yesterdays results put a stop to that.
Huge gains for RC against the old Clegster who picked a couple of strange results, I'll have word with him when I'm back in work next week and see what drugs he's on.

When you find out, I'll give you a few quid to keep slipping them in his tea for the next couple of months :thumb

Reggie & Kegman have this week's high score and presumably share the £50 Gameweek prize. Well done.
Obviously OTC dropped out by sheer stupidity in not entering any predictions on Monday afternoon.
BTW Happy New Year everybody.

Happy New Year to you too, Tom.

Well done Keggers and Rc :clap:clap

The £25 each is already in your Paypal account!

Which reminds me...
It's been announced that my local bank will be closing in March. My nearest branch will then be 6 miles away. This now means that if i'm to run this next season, payments will only be by cash or Paypal.
For those of you who don't have Paypal, that want to play next season, it might be worth looking into it between now and June. It's easy enough to use and it's safe.

Blimey, that was quick. Got it, cheers Punter :thumb

One of these days I'll win the £50 to myself, that's the 2nd time I've split the top prize for a Super Saturday :angry

And happy New Year, Newman.

Original pick was 2-1 Chelsea RC.

I had also back Chelsea dnb so thought picking Spurs would tick all boxes but i ended up with my eggs in all the same basket.

Well done.

Money received Punter :beer

At least I'm off the 2nd page now and nearing the top 10, Clegg I'm coming after YA!!

Very tough RC , could be quite a few banker bonuses going down the swanny too.

I agree. It might be one of those weeks where there could be a 300pt difference between the high and low scorer.

I seriously considered not using my banker this weekend, decided in the end to risk it, although it could backfire.

A very good week for the Malvern League who move up in the Championship.
Also a very good week for Cleggy who extends his lead at top of table with week's top score.
Well done that man.

I've managed to crack the top ten for the first time this season, onwards and upwards from now on:unsure
