I Know The Score 2016/17 - Paid Entry

Marvelous! I can get cracking over the next few days and codes should be available shortly.

I've got a week off coming up after tomorrow and i was hoping to get the cheques put in during this period. Everyone will still be able to enter up until 10th of August but you'd be doing me a massive favour if those choosing to pay by cheque could get them to me by Wednesday next week (July 27th). It would save me losing a dinner time when back at work, basically.

Slick, i've had another look at how the prize money could go based on entrants...

21 and below i haven't thought enough about just yet
22 would definitely see the loss of the 3rd Super Saturday.
23 would save the 3rd S.S but £30 would have to come off the Christmas Cup
24 everything the same as last season.
25 would level up the payout of the P.L and C.C
26 would see a 4th and final Super Saturday
27 up to 29 would all go into the Premier League pot
30 up to 32 would mostly be added to the CL

As things stand, i think we'll be lucky to match last seasons entrants.

Fuck sake, i see they have changed the amount of gameweeks again. 35 this season.

Nice one Punt, I'm off work myself now for a fortnight so will get the payments and news of any new entrants from the lads in work when I get back on the 1st Aug.

Punt is Paypal still fine?

That's great Slick, thanks. And Paypal is only 2nd best to goats, in terms of payment.
Enjoy your fortnight :thumb

Traeth - thanks, received your cheque today. May i congratulate you on being officially the first entrant of IKTS 2016/17.
Codes should be with you within the next 3 days :thumb

Goats or Groats?

Goats, definitely.

What do you call an unemployed goat? Billy Idol.

What do you call a goat at sea? Billy Ocean.

What do you call a goat with one ear? Van goat.

What do you call a Spanish goat with no back legs? Gracias.

I'm here all week :thumb

Now we know where Bob Monkhouse's nicked Joke book ended up.

I called in to see the night shift tonight, good news is they are all in again, plus one more :)

I think i've lost 3 and gained 3 from Malvern.

Thanks Newman200, Stevestar, Bonehead and Craig East, for your cheques.

Codes have been sent to your inbox,Tom :thumb

Another one of my mates, actually we are both FGR season ticket holders who sit next to each other at home games, wants to enter competition. I only introduced VoodooBluesMan to Predictor last season where he did fair to okay, although he beat me in the Euro 2016 competition.
Unfortunately for both of us we play under a Cheltenham flag because FGR have never been a Football League club and Predictor have not issued us one.
AMENDED
Both of us will be proudly playing under a FGR flag, which has been introduced this season.

Good luck with FGR this season, Tomcat. Do you think they'll be title contenders again?

Also, Is VoodooBluesMan entering the Paid IKTS league or did he decide against in the end? Or is he and Craig East the same person?

Thanks for good luck message Punt towards FGR.
Yes FGR have the players for a very strong challenge towards the promotion zone, and possibly/probably the title.

I've sent VBM a gentle reminder but he does have a habit of sitting on his hands until last moment.
Craig East is one of SteveStar's mates and not VBM.

Will there be the usual free MALVERN mini-league again this season?

No, sorry Tom, the Malvern League is no more. Regular players were moaning that it's pointless and i tend to agree now. It was only to give people a chance to have have a look at it and see what IKTS was all about before taking a chance on the paid league.

Feel free to share a code or codes to your free leagues though. I'm sure a few of us would enter those, if that's what you'd like.

I'm in SteveStar's Cheltenham mini-league and I know he would be happy to have all of last years Malvern's competitors in that.
Name and codes are:
Cheltenham: league code FD877-EAZ
Be great to play against some players from last year who are not in the paid league.
BTW I always enter a PUBLIC MINI-LEAGUE because it against players from other clubs and even from foreign parts. Usually the top of table is of a very high standard, which makes it even more fun.

Cheers Newnman, I'll add it to my itinerary of leagues once I sign up.

Entrants are building up nicely now, the way it's going i can see us at least matching the same number as last year (assuming Slick will bring the 4 or 5 from last season in).

A big thank you to those of you that found new players.

Given the choice, would you prefer 4 x £50 Super Saturdays, or 3 x £60 Super Saturdays, with the remaining £20 going towards an already existing pot?
