Great!Lancs 34-2 already-there really is no stopping Warwickshire at the moment.
If Id taken the 11/4 on offer when I had the chance this thread would be over and done with,lol.
At least Yorkshire are also 2 wickets down-if they lose to Hants then my Warwicks/Hants/Vettell/Warrington bet will have a chance.
I would expect Yorks to be able to fight out a draw,however...

A word about Wigan-I really hate betting on anyone just when they have 2 tough games coming up whereas Warrington face bottom club Widnes next-HOWEVER,it does very much seem that Wigan are the best team and if they can beat St Helens then I will be happy to be on them-I really wanted to take advantage of the each-way availability-which could be gone very soon(unless St Helens win) and also the fact that Stan James are stand out on the faves in cc divs 1 and 2.

If I wasnt banned Id be all over Stan James myself.

I will try to update the bank asap as well as checking Stan James site for confirmation of these prices(from odds comparison).

NB If the 15-8 on Stan James is still there I will have another 40 points as a single win only on Warwickshire
 
Yep,those prices are confirmed thus thats 240 points staked,no,make it 260-that 15-8 is value so I will have 60 points on Warwicks as a single

gosh,what an intriguing,finely balanced encounter....

if Warwicks can pull off a win then,with Deryshire doing very well v Essex,the result of the St Helens v Wigan game will be very important.

If on the other hand Surrey win ,then I would actually prefer St Helens to win.....(to do with keeping the e/w going)
 
Right,well,I have a couple of positions to hedge-1 big and 1 small,Sheff Utd and Crewe.
I think its clear that there is no value at all left in these games.
Both games should be close.

OK if Blades win thats 570 points and 200 for Huddersfield at the moment.
Just to reiterate,I fucked up here by not at least having a small bet on Huddersfield when MKDons lost at home to Walsall and were at home in the first leg.Course I couldve got away with it...if they hadnt lost by 2 goals,but no such luck.

So,anyway,its simply a matter of not going into the summer with too much of a deficit on the football,thus,

180 points Huddersfield to be promoted 10-11 generally though I think there is at least 1 bookie at evens,need to check-otherwise 10-11 it is.

So that leaves Crewe-if they win its about 430 points whereas if Cheltenham win its 300.

hmm,I am gonna take a chance here...I will have

30 points on 1-1 12 points on 2-2 and 20 points on Cheltenham to be promted evens generally and 20 points on Cheltenham to win in 90 mins...prices to follow.

Obviously,after this weekend I will get back several hundred points so I will update the bank next week

Yeah, having several interests in the summer leagues (Norway, Sweden, Ireland) I'm beginning to realise that all I need is a cursory knowledge of the teams to have what are turning out to be credible punts. They may even turn out to be sucessful punts!!!

Maybe I was trying to be too clever with my unsucessful L2 stakes.

Pleasantly surprised to see 8.8 available on betfair-with quite a bit of money available-for the draw-Cheltenham double result.
What with it being so hot theres a good chance of a slow start.
Anyway I shall have 6 points on this-itll probably be gone soon though.as I need to hedge Crewe in my personal bets:)

Ah,the Somerset game is tomorrow...but there is a div 2 game starting today-Iwould def advise anyone to do the Derbys/Somerset e/w double.
Somerset are probably 1/2 to be in top 3.

Ill be intrigued to see the WHill price after Ive got my bet on!:)
 
Ive just got my bet on with Hills.
They restricted me to just under 75% of what I aked for.
Which was cool cos,in truth,I asked for a slightly higher amount hoping Id be restricted.

btw that 80 points e/w with Boylesports means it was a 160 point bet
 
no change in the price-slightly surprised,but,then again,the other bookies are mostly 8/15 and the weather is going to be very changable over the next few days...which is,of course,Worcestershires best hope of winning-that and the toss
 
lol,on an amazing mornings cricket every team thats batting has lost 5 wickets or more...except Wocestershire,who have lost none,and,having won the toss,already look like getting 300 plus!

I can laugh cos if Somerset dont win this then it looks even more safe to bet big on Warwickshire and Notts.
Derbyshire are in trouble too while Yorkshire are looking like securing an easy win,which would make them the team to put in the doubles for the time being...
