BettingArea - personal sports betting service

My free trial is over. You can check my overall profit chart and table in my temporary blog below:
http://ba-record.blogspot.com/

Short Record from free trial:
Won-lost-void: 23-15-4
Staked: 302pts
Returned: 342.55pts
Profit: +40.55pts
Return Of Investment (ROI): 13.43%
Win acc: 53%
Average odd: 1.87
Best odd: 2.20

Analyzing my regular account's balance in October in Chart the worst run I had between 22th and 28th October when from +38.51pts I went down to +9.76pts. Then the last 7 bets finished in balance 6-1 and took us to the similar profit from 21th October (then it was +43.13pts).

Tommorow I will write all details about my service.

Well done BA clap

I'm having a problem with your ROI though :unsure

Yes,BA,well done. From very early on I was very impressed by the quality of your write-ups.I have been reading just about every soccer-betting forum and have often been amused/bemused by some of the reasoning given for placing a bet(not on betnod though.NOT on betnod).

Your roi presumably is 13% which is as good as it gets.(On the other website,TDP, I inform someone who claims to be able to make15% "easily", that anyone who can make 15% is"a top,top bettor").

The only two reservations about signing up are

a) how many people you give bets to-this is important as if you carry on like this eventually you be known to bookies and the prices may move.
b) the method of payment,I must admit I am not 100% confident of giving confidential info to someone living in another country who I only know from a forum on the internet:).

Good luck with your venture and if you succeed in getting anyone from betnod(apart from me) to send you any money at any time, then you will always know that, should your gambling skills fail you, then you can always be a successful salesman:D

Welcome Dude' :thumb

As you can see Betting Area has proved himself profitable for a month on here. You can take the chance and pay for his tips if you want, (i wouldn't think it's a scam) and it looks a decent offer.

Personally, I'd hang around this site for a bit first and pick up some free tips or give us your own :)

Welcome to my new website / sports betting service. Here is the place which should help to feel comfortable and invest money mostly in appropriate markets. I am here to lead you....

Mostly in appropriate markets? What the fuck does that even mean?

ha,ha-thats actually something thats always puzzled me-by coincidence I have just asked a question about this on another forum.
SURE,I dont think BA will be moving markets soon-I was thinking ahead...but also curious as to any response to that,so thanks!

SO,the question I am really asking is,
if a tipping site regularly makes 10-15 %profit, does it EVER move prices and if not,why not?
hopefully,thats not quite so silly:unsure

btw, just in case anyone wasnt aware,as far as I know, there have been tipping sites that move prices..

and, furthermore,I MYSELF,during the course of a season will move several antepost prices..ON MY OWN!
hence my curiosity

I think it's entirely feasible that tipping lines/sites can move markets.

Consider a dozen regulars of various internet forums are registered with a particular site or tipping line. They get their money on early and spread the word to their online and real life friends who all put a little bit on the nag napped that day. We all know that one person's ten points can be ten times the £ of another person's ten points.

Bookies become aware that bets of varying sizes are being put on this one horse in a particular race. Alarm bells ring but they are not going to slash the price - just take it in half a point or so.

Word continues to get around and more people log on to oddschecker to look at the prices. The only horse showing as blue across the board is the napped horse. Must be something in it, they think. I'll have a bit on. More money, more change in price - the people who were on earlier notice that the price is dropping - maybe they didn't put enough on this. I'll just have a bit more.

etc etc - snowball effect.

It doesn't have to be a move from 20/1 to 2/1 but a movement in the markets - definitely yes for me.

thanks for that ODM,I am actually not sure if seen perhaps just meant BA,either cos he wont keep making 13% or cos he wont ever get enough followers?

the other reason that someone like BA could move prices is,quite simply, that he becomes known to bookies because of his good advice/contacts and objectivity...and they simply let him do the donkey work,so to speak-adjusting their prices accordingly

you know,it seems to me that, ultimately, thats really the true test of any tipping site!
can it move prices and can you get on before the price movement?

A high profile tipster like Pricewise or Hugh Taylor yes, an unknown guy dicking around on betting forums, no. Not at 13% roi anyway.....

if the guy had a phenomenal strike rate then it may snowball after a period of time, but really 13% roi is nowhere near enough for the average punter (and that's who would be subscribing) and his pals to move markets. All the bookies odds are governed by betfair anyway, you do know how much is matched on each race/match at bf?

13% roi is nowhere near enough for the average punter!!?
do you want to elaborate?
yes,I understand your point about the amounts bet on games-OF COURSE BA probably wont ever move any markets....
but,I am very, very rarely impressed by any tipsters on forums(or anywhere else)whether looking for clients or not....thus far he is one of a few who has..and so,it would not surprise me much if he impresses others...whose OVERALL CLOUT/MONEY may move prices..albeit a year or two hence

When I said 'the average punter' I meant the average punter - the one who likes to have a bet but doesn't take it too seriously and certainly doesn't keep records or such. The average punter loses money in the long term and knows it. Winning £1.30 for each tenner staked ain't gonna impress them that much. Even £13 per £100 won't be enough, especially if they are given 4 or 5 losing bets in a row.

OF COURSE BA probably wont ever move any markets

so you agree with me, then ;)

If you want to be impressed by tipping then perhaps you should take the short trip to horsenap (it's only over the road) and take a note of the stuff Beamer and Samoan are putting up daily. For free, too
