Man Utd to win the Premier League by 3 points

I thought Chelsea were shite last night and I don't think city were great but they ground out the win they needed. odm I wouldn't underestimate stoke. They know how to play at home and are tough to beat.
With 15 mins to play last night we had the league in the bag. And it was obvious the city fans were shittin themselves. It was a cagey atmosphere. I think I even saw another fan crying when it went 1-0.
Wheres David silva gone?? Not seen him for about a month?
If you're not top by Saturday night I think it's lights out, all out.

Every game is huge for us now Wes, we can probably afford one draw up until going into the derby then it should be winner takes all but thats a big ask but even away to Newcastle afterwards won't be easy for City, City have a couple of tough aways between now and then mainly Stoke and Arsenal, City will do well going into the derby still in touch with United.

At one time last night I thought Chelsea were giving us the game on a plate, trying their best to set us up but we still couldn't finish, a goal early doors would have been ideal and if that would have happened I've no doubt we would have gone on to score a few but as it turned out the three points were gladly welcome no matter how they came about.
My nails are now down to the wick mind.

I wouldnt begrudge City winning the title this season but i still stick to my claim we will win by at least 3 points

I will be mid air somewhere when we play and will be away for next couple of weeks so feel free to update, might be able to get in on my phone if the mobile app is working

I had a big bet on United at the start of the season and layed some off the other week when United went one point ahead, its theres to lose now but I'm not toally ruling out City, its going to be their away form that costs them though and the inability to grind out results like United do.

It's alright saying 'United were shit tonight' but most of us were saying that for long periods last season and they still pissed the league. Think United are in a perfect position now with most of the hard games out the way, pretty sure they will stroll to victory tonight, Fulhams midfield won't be able to compete unless Diarra can get up to speed very quickly. 2 or 3 goal margin of victory for me, and my money is certainly where my mouth is on this one..

2 or 3 margin sounds about right. quite possibly more.. even if GD doesnt come into the equation i still want to have a better one than the bitters. its a matter of winning our games as city are sure to fuck up again. if not at home to Sunderland this weekend, it will be at Arsenal the week after. im sayin a fast start and a goal in the first 15 mins will kill Fulham off by HT. £10 4-0 12/1 laddies. and United ht ft is 18/25 on betfair! Nice big bet.. waiting to find out the team before i bet 1st/anytime scorer.. Valencia Young and Rooney the main options. The most important thing is the 3pts though!

There'll be twists & turns yet but it'll be all Fergie if United take it IMO, or more like Mancini's fault. Do think its quite funny the childish bits that are coming out though

Ehhm, so much for United the experience to see this thru and City bottling it, any more displays like that for United and they may well throw it away if City don't throw it first.
That was also a Pen at the end for Fulham but I won't moan about it as we got away with one against Stoke when Barry nearly snapped Wilsons ankle.

It's getting hot in the kitchen now and I'm relieved United never clawed back the goal difference which I thought they would have done tonight, I would have settled for a 1-0 before the match started so I'm not too disheartened.

So would I slick. And for the next 8 games. :wink

I don't understand all this bollox about clawing back goal difference as the chances of it actually mattering are minimal. For Citeh to catch us, we're going to have to drop points which is going to have a negative impact on the GD anyway. And the way Citeh are playing away, I'm pretty sure that they'll drop more points before the season's out so assuming we keep winning (or rather don't drop as many points), the GD isn't relevant.

Weird game last night. Not a great performance at all but still had 19 shots and should have been well clear by the time the penalty didn't happen.

As for this dig;

Ehhm, so much for United the experience to see this thru

Yep, when have we ever won the league with scrappy 1-0 wins? We do it year in, year out mate. They just don't get remembered once that trophy gets lifted and we all move onto the next season.

Personally, I think that is testament to having the experience of seeing this through. No point battering teams 1-1 slick.

So City can't take the pressure? They're likely to be top on Saturday, then we'll see who can take the pressure.

Their so called "difficult run in" turns out to consist of one away game to Arsenal. As I've said before, the derby may turn out to be the key to the title but, even if they draw and City end up going into the last day a point behind United, I'd rather be in their shoes being at home to QPR (yeah, give me the "fighting for survival bollocks if you like) than having to travel away to Sunderland knowing that you have to win to make sure of the title.

City 6/4 is still the better bet for me.

HAHAHAHA THIS IS LITERALLY THE MOST INNACCURATE PIECE OF TEXT EVER!!!! HAHA!!!

yes, city CANT take the pressure.. difficult run in--- 1 pt from stoke and sunderland!! Arsenal will gang rape you! the derby will be like a testimonial, WONT MATTER! would you still rather be in citys shoes?? and 6/4 on them to win it! HA! i wouldnt even take 66's!!
i have a few blue nose mates, and know a few more, every single one of them thought they'd won the league after the derby at OT.. what a distant memory that shit is now! i cant even remember the score, like it matters..

all the excuses will come out.. aguero injured, tevez fucked off, mancini's clueless, kompanys been banned... their all bollocks. We deserve OUR title, we've been the best team this season and i think yorkies quote of 3 points could easily be doubled!! we could be 10pts clear by derby day.. i wonder how many empty seats their will be at the blue camp...

CHAMPIONS!!! CHAMPIONS!!!:dance

Larsson, Bendtner and Crouch! :cold:cold:cold

Forgot about GIBSON:cold!!

At least it was world class players that stopped you from winning the league!!! and not just shit ones!!clap

No, this is the most inaccurate text ever (that is unless you count your misspelling of the word inaccurate you thick cunt)

! Arsenal will gang rape you!

I'm not a Man City fan and I doubt very much whether the Arsenal team are going to travel up the M1 to have a go at my bottom (pert and peachy as it may be)

Oh, and there's always this little gem of a prediction on the Man U Fulham game

2 or 3 margin sounds about right. quite possibly more..

Result, 1-0. You certainly know your stuff alright

(edit - after-eventing shite about how much money I made on bets I placed removed)

Noticed you spelt done wrong in your name YOU THICK CUNT!! At the end of the day UNITED will win the league like me and yorkie have said all season. And you bettin 6/4 on city to win the league was disastrous. Ha! FUCKIN LOVE BEING A RED!!!!!!!!!! Oh and I remember u sayin united wouldn't beat fulham! Haha THICK CUNT!!
